As a SAP-FICO Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in enabling clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations.

With your growing business knowledge, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders,



and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP finance applications to optimize client financial processes
- Analyzing client requirements to develop tailored software solutions that enhance financial reporting and strategic objectives
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality client service
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Utilizing SAP FICO and related modules to improve financial management and reporting capabilities
- Developing and delivering training sessions to facilitate seamless adoption of SAP finance solutions
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business process improvement and financial transformation
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards while addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP FI and SAP FICO modules
- Utilizing financial management software for strategic planning
- Managing financial reporting and analytics for client accounts
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and forecasting
- Leading teams in finance transformation initiatives
