Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO/FICA Testing Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance business processes, RTR (Record-to-Report) testing, and end-to-end validation of SAP S/4HANA/ECC implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing test strategies, executing integration and regression testing, validating finance transactions, and collaborating with business and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define, design, and execute comprehensive test plans and test strategies for SAP Finance modules.
- Create and review test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for SAP RTR processes.
- Lead end-to-end testing activities including:

- Unit Testing

- System Integration Testing (SIT)

- Regression Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support
- Validate General Ledger transactions, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform testing across core SAP Finance processes including AP, AR, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Settlement, and Financial Reporting.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop robust testing scenarios.




- Work with automation teams to identify and automate critical business test cases.
- Track, monitor, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA.
- Participate in defect triage meetings and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Support data migration validation, cutover activities, and post-go-live hypercare testing.
- Execute integration testing with cross-functional SAP workstreams including OTC, RTR, and FICA.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and testing best practices.

Required Skills SAP Functional & Testing Skills
- Robust expertise in SAP FICO Testing.
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
- Experience in end-to-end Finance Integration and Regression Testing.
