Role Description The SAP EWM and TM Transformation Consultant will work in office in Indore on a contract basis, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting process assessments, gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP EWM/TM modules, and driving transformation initiatives across supply chain and logistics operations. The consultant will prepare functional specifications, coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations, and support testing, user training, and go-live activities.





The role also involves ongoing post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement to ensure systems remain aligned with business goals and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in SAP EWM and SAP TM configuration, process design, and implementation for warehouse and transportation operations.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, and distribution processes, including inbound/outbound operations, order fulfillment, and transportation planning.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, perform gap analysis, and collaborate with technical teams on integrations and enhancements.
- Proficiency in testing, user training, and change management for SAP transformation projects, including UAT and cutover planning.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to troubleshoot system issues and optimize workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional and client-facing environments.
- Relevant academic background in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; SAP certifications in EWM/TM are a plus.
- Prior experience in consulting or large-scale SAP transformation programs; familiarity with AI-driven or data-driven initiatives is advantageous.
