Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and implement SAP DMS including document types, statuses, originals, and versioning

- Integrate DMS with SAP modules (e.g., PM, MM, PS, QM, and PLM)

- Setup document repositories, content servers, and KPro configuration

- Integrate external storage systems or archive servers with SAP DMS

- Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and provide technical support

- Customize workflows related to document approvals and lifecycle

- Create end-user documentation and provide training to key users

- Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams, BASIS, and infrastructure teams

- Ensure compliance with corporate document security and retention policies

Required Skills Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP DMS implementation/support

- Robust understanding of document metadata, originals handling, and classification

- Experience with SAP Content Server, ArchiveLink, and 3rd-party storage integrations





- Good knowledge of document workflows and change management processes

- Familiarity with SAP GUI and WebGUI for DMS functionality

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in S/4HANA DMS or SAP PLM DMS environments

- Knowledge of cloud-based DMS integrations (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint)

- Understanding of SAP authorization concepts for document access

- Experience working in regulated industries (Oil Gas, Pharma, Public Sector)
