- Lead and support business process analysis, requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post go live support.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.
- Execute and support Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.
- Provide application support adhering to SLAs, change management, and project delivery standards.
