Key Responsibilities

- Master Data &
- Workflows:

Configure end-to-end SAP CS master data and workflows, including Service Notifications, Service Orders, Equipment Masters, Serial Numbers, and Installed Base (IBase).

- Repairs &

- Warranties:

Set up and support operational processing for field/on-site repairs, in-house depot repairs, and warranty claim tracking.

- Billing &

- DIP Profiles:

Implement and optimize Agile Item Processing (DIP) profiles for Resource-Related Billing (DP90/DP91) and Service Quotations.

- Contract Management:

Configure and maintain Service Contracts,



billing plans, pricing procedures, and revenue recognition.

- Cross-Module Integration:

Manage touchpoints with SAP SD, MM, and FICO; troubleshoot complex functional defects and deliver custom enhancements.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- 8–10+ years of dedicated hands-on configuration experience in the SAP CS module.

- Deep mastery of

Service Orders, Notifications, IBase, Warranty Tracking

, and

Resource-Related Billing (DIP Profiles)

.

- Strong cross-functional integration knowledge across

SD, MM, and FICO

.

- Exposure to

SAP S/4HANA Service / Customer Management is a strong advantage.

- Proven track record in requirement gathering, solution design, and client-facing communication.
