We are hiring an experienced SAP CS Functional Consultant (8–10+ yrs) with deep hands-on expertise in configuring and supporting SAP Customer Service (CS) processes, service contracts, warranty tracking, repair orders, and resource-related billing.

Experience: 8–10+ Years (SAP CS Module, Service Notifications, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Warranties & Installed Base - IBase, Resource-Related Billing - DP90/DP91, DIP Profiles, SD/MM/FICO Integrations)

Domain Context: Field Service Management, Depot Repairs, Installed Base (IBase) Management, Service Level Agreements (SLA), Service Quotations & Invoicing

? Key Responsibilities:

- Configure end-to-end SAP CS master data and transactional workflows: Service Notifications, Service Orders, Equipment Masters, Serial Numbers, and Installed Base (IBase).
- Set up and support service processing for on-site repairs, in-house/depot repairs, and warranty claim tracking.
- Implement and optimize Dynamic Item Processing (DIP) profiles for Resource-Related Billing (DP90/DP91)



and Service Quotations.
- Configure and maintain Service Contracts, billing plans, pricing procedures, and revenue recognition in alignment with SD and FICO.
- Drive seamless integration between SAP CS and core modules (SD, MM, FICO), resolving complex functional defects and delivering enhancements.

?️ What We’re Looking For:
- 8 to 10+ years of dedicated functional configuration expertise in SAP CS (Customer Service).
- Deep mastery over Service Orders, Notifications, IBase, Warranty Management, and Resource-Related Billing (DIP Profile).
- Solid understanding of touchpoints and integration flows with SD, MM, and FICO.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Service / Customer Management is a plus.
- Strong analytical, requirement gathering, and client-facing communication skills.
