Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP Group Reporting implementation and rollout activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Lead consolidation process design workshops with finance, controllership, and business stakeholders.
- Design and configure consolidation, elimination, group close, and reporting processes in SAP Group Reporting.
- Act as a subject matter expert for consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, minority interest, currency translation, and group consolidation processes.
- Analyze existing consolidation pain points and translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and configuration-ready solutions.
- Design consolidation solutions using SAP-recommended best practices and evaluate SAP Group Reporting against legacy consolidation tools such as BPC and HFM.
- Configure and support data collection processes including flexible upload, real-time integration from S/4HANA, and matrix consolidation.
- Design and support consolidation of investments, ownership structures, equity pickup, and related consolidation logic.
- Configure and support Group Reporting Data Collection and currency translation processes.
- Support integration between SAP Group Reporting and SAP S/4HANA / Central Finance GL.
- Design financial statement versions, reporting structures, and consolidation reporting hierarchies.
- Support statutory and management consolidation reporting cycles and ensure accuracy of consolidated outputs.
- Lead UAT, defect resolution, parallel runs, reconciliation, and consolidation cutover activities.
- Develop validation and reconciliation processes using Excel and reporting-layer tools.
- Present consolidation solution designs, process recommendations, and implementation progress to senior stakeholders, including CFO-level audiences.
- Collaborate with technical,



integration, finance, and reporting teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools such as Claude and Gemini for reconciliation checks, documentation, and process automation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 years of SAP consulting experience with at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations involving hands-on SAP Group Reporting configuration and rollout.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Group Reporting and financial consolidation processes.
- SME-level understanding of consolidation, elimination, group close, and financial reporting processes.
- Strong accounting knowledge covering consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, minority interest, currency translation, and equity-related consolidation.
- Strong experience in SAP Group Reporting configuration and solution design.
- Good understanding of consolidation of investments, ownership structures, and equity pickup logic.
- Experience with Group Reporting Data Collection, currency translation, and consolidation processes.
- Working knowledge of integration between SAP Group Reporting and SAP S/4HANA / Central Finance GL.
- Strong understanding of financial statement versions and reporting hierarchies.
- Experience with flexible upload, real-time S/4HANA integration, and matrix consolidation.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills for validation, reconciliation, and analysis of consolidated financial results.
- Experience managing UAT, parallel-run cycles, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Robust client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting solutions to senior finance and CFO-level stakeholders.
- Ability to convert business and consolidation requirements into clear user stories and functional/configuration specifications.
- Strong understanding of SAP-recommended Group Reporting best practices and comparison with legacy consolidation platforms such as BPC and HFM.
