Role Overview

- Implement, configure, and support SAP Cloud ALM across SAP landscapes.

- Focus on SAP BTP services (Cloud Foundry, HANA Cloud, Integration Suite).

- Responsibilities include monitoring processes, troubleshooting incidents, supporting deployments, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain SAP Cloud ALM for lifecycle and service operations.

- Onboard SAP BTP subaccounts and cloud solutions.

- Monitor business processes, integrations, jobs, and exceptions.

- Set up alerts, dashboards, and SLA reporting.

- Support test management, requirements, and project management.

- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with Basis, Development, and Functional teams.

- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and governance.

- Provide end-user support and training.

Must-Have Skills

- SAP Cloud ALM implementation & support.

- SAP BTP administration & monitoring.

- Business Process & Health Monitoring.





- Incident troubleshooting & root cause analysis.

- SAP S/4HANA and cloud integration experience.

- ITIL processes, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture & Governance.

- Experience in SAP BTP innovation projects.

- SAP Cloud ALM certification.

- SAP Integration Suite (iFlows, APIs).

Interfaces

- Collaborates with requirements engineers, business analysts, incident/problem managers, release/change managers, and test engineers.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- 3–6 years of SAP experience, with exposure to SAP Cloud ALM and BTP.

- Hands-on with SAP Integration Suite monitoring.

- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, release management.

- Solid troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
