About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP ALM / Testing Consultant with 5–8 years of SAP consulting experience , including 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM and/or SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) .

The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and a strong understanding of SAP testing, quality assurance, defect management, and Application Lifecycle Management.

The role will involve defining and executing testing strategies, managing test cycles, coordinating UAT, tracking defects, and supporting quality assurance throughout SAP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP Cloud ALM and/or SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) .
- Prepare test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing .
- Manage test execution, defect logging, tracking, and resolution.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Monitor testing progress and prepare status reports and quality metrics.
- Support release management, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards, governance, and best practices.
- Facilitate business-user training and UAT coordination.
- Support continuous improvement of ALM and testing processes.

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field .
- 5–8 years of SAP consulting experience.
- 2–3 years of experience with SAP Cloud ALM and/or SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) .
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation .
- Strong knowledge of SAP testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Defect Management .
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and the SAP project lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global project teams.

Preferred / Advantageous

- Experience with SAP testing tools or integrations such as Tricentis, JIRA, or Azure DevOps .
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Utilities, Power Generation, or Heavy Engineering .
