We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience and strong exposure to SAP Supply Chain processes. The resource will provide technical development and support for an ongoing project for a period of 2 months.
The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand existing SAP developments, troubleshoot issues, develop enhancements, and provide reliable technical support in a remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP ABAP programs.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to existing SAP applications.
- Work closely with functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support SAP Supply Chain-related processes and applications.
- Develop and maintain Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows (RICEF).
- Work on BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, Enhancements and Custom Objects.
- Perform debugging and root-cause analysis of production/project issues.
- Review existing ABAP code and make required modifications.
- Support integration between SAP and external systems.
- Ensure timely resolution of assigned project issues and technical deliverables.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer where required.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in ABAP programming and debugging.
- Experience with SAP Supply Chain / Logistics-related processes.
- Experience in at least one or more of the following:
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP EWM
- SAP WM
- SAP PP
- SAP SCM
- Robust experience in RICEF objects.
- Hands-on experience with BAdIs, BAPIs, User Exits, Enhancements, RFCs and IDocs.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide quick technical support.
- Willingness and availability to work on a 2-month contract assignment.
