AS / A & IBDP Teacher

The Role

The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality education within the AS / A Level and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and fostering academic excellence in a specific subject area relevant to these advanced curricula, guiding students through rigorous academic content and preparing them for higher education.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with AS / A Level and IBDP curriculum standards.

- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and resources to facilitate student learning.

- Assess student progress through various methods, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.

- Manage the classroom effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.





- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum coherence and contribute to departmental initiatives.

- Participate in career development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and subject knowledge.

What We're Looking For

- Relevant academic qualification in the specific subject area and a pedagogical qualification.

- Demonstrated expertise and passion for teaching within the AS / A Level and IBDP frameworks.

- Prior teaching experience of 2+ years at the AS / A Level or IBDP is highly desirable.

- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

- A commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Compensation

Annual Salary: INR 1,000,000 - INR 1,200,000
