Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson (Tele caller) role based in Chennai. The Salesperson will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce Creatign Studios’ creative and digital services, and qualify leads based on their needs and budgets.

The role includes maintaining accurate call records, following up on leads, and scheduling meetings or presentations for the creative and business teams.



The Salesperson will collaborate closely with account managers and marketing staff to understand service offerings, refine pitches, and support campaign-specific outreach. Daily tasks also involve meeting call and conversion targets, handling basic queries, and providing a professional, customer-focused experience on every interaction.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency for phone-based sales.
- Ability to conduct persuasive outbound calling, handle objections, and build rapport with prospective clients.
- Basic understanding of creative agency services such as branding, graphic design, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Comfort with using CRM or spreadsheets to track calls, leads, and follow-ups, and ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
- Customer-focused mindset, skilled phone etiquette, and a commitment to meeting sales and performance targets.
- Prior experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams in a fast-paced start-up setting.
