Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Salesforce Clouds: Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce Configuration: Strong knowledge of Standard and Custom Objects, Fields, Relationships, Record Types, Page Layouts, and Lightning Record Pages.
- Security & Access Management: Good understanding of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Field-Level Security (FLS), and Sharing Rules.
- Automation: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, and business process automation.
- Apex & SOQL: Working knowledge of Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Data Management: Experience with Data Loader, Data Import Wizard,



and Salesforce data import/export processes.
- Reports & Dashboards: Ability to create and manage Salesforce Reports and Dashboards based on business requirements.
- Deployment: Experience with Inbound and Outbound Change Sets for Salesforce deployments.

- The candidate should have solid problem-solving skills, an ability to understand business requirements, and the capability to translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
