About the RoleCloudColon is looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Lead to lead the design, solutioning, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and be capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable CPQ solutions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and project teams to define the overall CPQ solution and drive successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce CPQ solution design, architecture, and implementation.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
- Design and configure Product Catalog, Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Pricing Methods, and Quote Templates.
- Design complex Product Bundles, Configuration Rules, Validation Rules, and Pricing Logic.
- Work on Advanced Approvals, Contract Management, Renewals, Amendments, and Subscription-based business models.
- Analyze existing CPQ processes and recommend improvements and best practices.
- Create solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches.
- Lead CPQ development and configuration activities and provide technical guidance to developers.
- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with Salesforce Sales Cloud and external systems where required.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, solution workshops, and technical discussions with clients.




- Review technical solutions and ensure adherence to Salesforce and CPQ best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex CPQ issues and provide effective solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production implementation activities.
- Mentor and guide Salesforce CPQ developers and team members.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ solution design and implementation.
- Experience designing complex CPQ solutions from requirements through implementation.
- Strong understanding of:
- Product Configuration
- Product Rules
- Price Rules
- Discount Schedules
- Pricing Methods
- Product Bundles
- Quote Templates
- Advanced Approvals
- Amendments & Renewals
- Subscriptions
- Contract Management
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge, including Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Lightning.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs is preferred.
- Ability to independently lead CPQ solution discussions with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce CPQ-related certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce Billing is an advantage.
- Experience with large-scale or complex Salesforce CPQ implementations.
- Experience working with distributed/remote teams and international clients.
