Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Telecaller role based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Telecaller will make outbound and take inbound calls to potential and existing clients, introduce IG Tech’s services, explain offerings clearly, and generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities include following up on inquiries, maintaining call logs and CRM records, scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team, and supporting the closure of sales opportunities. The role involves understanding client needs, addressing basic questions about digital solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information is shared.





The Sales

Telecaller will also meet call and conversion targets, provide feedback on client responses, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales scripts and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, active listening, and clear spoken English and Hindi skills for effective client interaction.
- Candidates should possess basic sales, lead generation, and telecalling skills, including the ability to handle objections and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills, such as patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including experience using CRM tools, maintaining call records, and managing follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding or willingness to learn about software, web, and digital solutions to explain IG Tech’s services accurately.
- Minimum qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur, meet daily targets, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.
