Are you passionate about travel, sales, and creating unforgettable holiday experiences? ✈️? Flight Crust is looking for a motivated Sales Tour Executive – Inbound & Domestic to join our growing team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound holiday and domestic travel leads from calls, websites, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic and inbound tour packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries, quotations, and holiday packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel partners.
- Manage customer queries before, during, and after travel.
- Upsell additional services such as flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, travel insurance, and other travel services.
- Maintain lead details and sales updates in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent travel assistance.

- ? Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Holiday Package Sales, Travel Sales, or Tour Operations.
- Positive knowledge of India domestic destinations and inbound tourism.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and converting leads into sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to create customized itineraries and quotations.
- Knowledge of travel products, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and holiday packages.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
