Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team.

Achieve monthly sales and retail targets.

Monitor daily walk-ins, enquiries, test rides, and follow-ups.

Train and guide sales executives on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth vehicle deliveries.

Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.





Conduct team meetings and review individual performance.

Implement promotional activities and showroom events. ### Candidate Requirements Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong knowledge of two-wheeler sales and dealership operations.

Ability to achieve sales targets and handle customer escalations.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
