Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as a Sales Team Lead in payday loans, short-term loans, digital lending, or similar lending products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, guide, train, and monitor the Sales Tele calling Team.
- Allocate leads and set daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Monitor lead follow-ups, applications, conversions, and overall team performance.
- Review call quality and provide regular coaching and feedback to team members.
- Ensure proper and timely updating of leads and customer interactions in the CRM/loan application system.
- Prepare and maintain daily/monthly sales and conversion MIS for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications.
- Ensure the team correctly communicates loan eligibility, charges, repayment obligations, documentation,



and application processes.
- Ensure adherence to approved calling scripts, customer communication standards, internal policies, and processes.
- Identify performance gaps, resolve day-to-day issues, and ensure achievement of team targets.

Required Skills

- Strong team management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in lead allocation, target setting, conversion tracking, call-quality monitoring, and MIS preparation.
- Good understanding of lending products and loan application processes.
- Working knowledge of computers, MS Office, CRM, and loan application systems.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and performance-monitoring abilities.
- Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience managing a tele-sales team in payday loans, digital lending, personal loans, or similar short-term lending products.
