Team Leader – Loan Sales | Kwick Fin Solutions Experience: 1–2 years | Location: Mumbai Lead and manage the loan sales team and achieve monthly targets. Generate and convert leads for Business Loans, Unsecured Loans, LAP & Home Loans . Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction and disbursement.
Build relationships with CAs, connectors, DSAs, customers, banks and NBFCs. Monitor team performance, pipeline and daily sales activities. Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams for smooth case processing.
Coach and motivate the team to improve conversions and productivity.
Candidate Profile: Robust communication, sales leadership, target-oriented approach and experience in banking/NBFC/DSA loan sales.
