- 6month+ experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service, or a related field; freshers with solid communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in spoken and written Nepali is mandatory.
- Working proficiency in Hindi and/or English for internal reporting and team communication.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active-listening skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling a high volume of customer interactions daily.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a sales career.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).
