Looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Supervisor to manage sales activities, supervise the sales team, develop customer relationships and support achievement of business targets for our precast concrete products.
The role involves sales planning, team coordination, customer follow-ups, lead conversion, order tracking and sales reporting, with regular coordination between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily sales activities.
- Set and track sales targets for the team.
- Generate and convert new business leads.
- Develop relationships with contractors, builders, dealers and project clients.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
- Monitor customer requirements and ensure timely coordination.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch and Accounts teams.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Support the team in achieving sales and collection targets.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Identify new projects and business opportunities.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Sales/Sales Supervision/Business Development.
- Experience in construction materials, precast concrete, cement, infrastructure or building materials will be an advantage.
Compensation ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and suitability.
