Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage a sales team to achieve business targets. Drive sales through field visits and customer meetings. Guide, motivate, and monitor team performance. Requirements

Graduation is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / BFSI. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valuable team-handling and leadership abilities. Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales. Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
