Key Responsibilities For Telecaller

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls.

Communicate with prospective clients and understand their requirements.

Explain Pixizip’s software, website and digital solutions.

Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain lead records.

Schedule product demos and meetings.

Convert leads into customers.

Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, conversion and sales targets.

For Field Sales Manager

Identify and generate new business opportunities.

Conduct client visits, meetings and product demonstrations.

Promote Pixizip’s IT, software, SaaS and digital solutions.





Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Manage sales pipelines and follow-ups.

Negotiate with clients and close deals.

Expand the market and develop new customer networks.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

? Target-Based Role

This is a performance and target-driven position. Candidates should be comfortable working towards monthly lead, customer acquisition, conversion and revenue targets.

? What We’re Looking For

2+ years of relevant IT/Software Sales experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Robust negotiation and convincing ability

Client relationship management skills

Ability to generate and convert leads

Self-motivated and result-oriented approach

Strong focus on achieving sales targets
