We are looking for a skilled and experienced Office Executive / Computer Operator who has strong computer knowledge, good internet skills, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling day-to-day office work, online tasks, data management, customer communication, and general computer-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily office and computer-related work
- Perform internet research and online data searching
- Manage emails and online correspondence
- Maintain records, documents, and customer information
- Perform data entry and documentation work
- Work with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Search, email, and other online platforms
- Communicate professionally with customers and clients
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and general enquiries
- Prepare basic reports and office documents
- Manage online forms, portals, and websites as required
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of office information
- Complete assigned work within deadlines

Candidate Requirements
- Good knowledge of computers and the internet
- Good typing and data-entry skills
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel




- Comfortable using email, Google Search, websites, and online portals
- Valuable communication skills
- Ability to speak professionally with customers
- Previous office/computer work experience preferred
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
- Good problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Quick learner with a positive attitude toward work

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who already have experience working in an office, computer centre, customer service, insurance office, documentation office, data-entry role, or similar environment.
