Job Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers for our software and digital marketing services.
- Generate leads through calls, direct visits, references and other suitable channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our services clearly.
- Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and share basic proposals/quotations when required.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with customers and business owners.
- Basic understanding of software/IT services is preferred.
- Sales or business development experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales can also apply.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
