Role Description The Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving sales and client acquisition for CAONWEB’s Alibaba.com-related services. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying potential B2B clients, conducting sales presentations and product demos, and following up on leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. The role involves understanding client needs, recommending suitable service packages, and guiding businesses on how to leverage Alibaba.com for global expansion.

The Sales

Representative will manage the sales pipeline,



negotiate terms within defined guidelines, and ensure accurate documentation of deals in CRM systems. Collaboration with the service and support teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience and maintain long-term client relationships is a key part of the position.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in client-facing discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
- Basic understanding of B2B commerce, international trade, or online marketplaces; prior exposure to platforms like Alibaba.com is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience may substitute for formal education.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or service-based industries is beneficial.
