Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Sales Professional role located in the Pune Division.

The Sales Professional will meet new corporates and B2B prospects, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products - including cakes, pastries, snack boxes but will focus primarily on Gift Hampers.





Daily activities include communicating with corporate and B2B connections, exploring new connections, meeting them and getting orders/bookings, explaining our products and pricing, upselling and cross-selling wherever required, and managing orders and deliveries.

The Sales Professional will also assist with inventory checks and provide courteous, efficient service to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively.
- Sales experience, including upselling, cross-selling, and managing orders and enquiries.
- Ability to maintain product inventory and quality, with attention to detail and presentation.
- Good spoken communication skills in English and local languages relevant to the Pune region.
- Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a proactive approach to solving customer and operational issues.
- Prior experience in food retail, bakery, confectionery, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Based or Living in Pune
