- Identify, approach and onboard recent distributors to expand the company's distribution network.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and channel partners.

- Ensure regular product availability and effective distribution across assigned markets.

- Monitor distributor-wise sales, stock, secondary sales and market performance.

- Plan and implement distributor schemes, retailer schemes, sales contests and promotional activities.

- Coordinate with distributors and sales teams for effective execution of schemes and promotional campaigns.

- Identify new market opportunities and expand product presence in existing and new territories.

- Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activities, pricing, schemes and market trends.

- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.





- Follow up on distributor orders, collections, stock movement and outstanding payments as required.

- Work closely with the Marketing and Senior Management team to improve sales and distribution performance.

- Prepare and submit daily sales and market activity reports to Senior Management.

- Track distributor performance and recommend corrective actions wherever required.

- Ensure proper implementation of company policies, pricing, schemes and promotional activities in the market.
