Location: Pune Experience: 6 Months–3 Years Qualification: Graduation Mandatory Job Type: Full time | Field Sales Preferred Experience: Home Loan | Housing Finance | LAP/Mortgage | Banking | NBFC | Retail Loan Sales Key Responsibilities: Generate Home Loan leads through open-market sourcing Customer acquisition and field visits Source and follow up on loan applications Coordinate documentation and processing Maintain customer relationships Achieve monthly sales targets Pune Branch Locations: Camp, Shivaji Nagar, Deccan, Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Aundh, Baner, Kothrud, Bavdhan, Karve Road, Swargate, Kondhwa/NIBM, Market Yard, Pimpri, Chinchwad, Nigdi & Akurdi.

Important: This is a 100% Field Sales-oriented role . Candidates should be comfortable with regular market/customer visits and working within approximately a 10 KM radius of the assigned Bank of Baroda branch .
