Job Role

- Position: Branch Banking Executive & Telecaller Executive

- Work Location: RBL Bank Branch

- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

- Weekly Off: As per bank policy

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed)

- Incentives: Performance-based incentives

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

- Support day-to-day branch banking operations.

- Communicate with customers through calls and other channels.

- Promote banking products and services to existing and potential customers.

- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

- Explain banking products, features, and benefits to customers.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update required information.

- Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer service.

- Achieve assigned business and sales targets.

- Maintain professional relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling

- Attend to customer queries and provide timely solutions.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.

- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Telecalling & Lead Generation





- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Generate leads for banking products and services.

- Follow up with customers and convert leads into business.

- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Branch Operations

- Assist with routine branch activities and customer support.

- Coordinate with the branch team for smooth processing of customer requirements.

- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.

Sales & Target Achievement

- Promote relevant banking products and services.

- Work towards achieving assigned business targets.

- Maximize lead conversion and generate new business.

- Earn performance-based incentives based on target achievement.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.

- Positive customer-handling and convincing skills.

- Comfortable with telecalling and sales activities.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to work effectively in a branch environment.
