-Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase awareness of ORANE International, Una.

-Generate leads for cosmetology, beauty, makeup, hair, skin and nail courses.

-Visit schools, colleges, educational institutions and local areas for promotions and student outreach.

-Conduct and coordinate seminars, workshops, career counselling sessions, promotional camps and events.

-Develop relationships with schools, colleges, local businesses and other potential referral partners.

-Follow up with prospective students and coordinate with the counselling/admission team for lead conversion and admissions.

-Distribute promotional material and identify new locations and opportunities for marketing activities.

-Support social media and digital marketing campaigns by providing local content, leads and promotional ideas.

-Maintain proper records of leads, visits, follow-ups and conversions.

-Prepare and submit daily/weekly marketing activity reports to management.





-Work towards assigned lead generation and admission targets.

-Keep track of competitors, local market trends and promotional activities.

-Represent ORANE International professionally during all field visits, events and interactions.

Candidate Requirements

-Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

-Confident, presentable and comfortable with field marketing.

-Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.

-Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing would be an advantage.

-Prior experience in education, training institute, beauty/wellness, admissions or field marketing will be preferred.

-Freshers with strong communication and marketing skills may also apply.

-Candidates should be comfortable travelling locally for promotional activities.

Pay: ₹15,969.98 - ₹25,717.80 per month
