Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This position is responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth for the firm. Day-to-day activities include developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and offline marketing initiatives, coordinating with the consulting team to position services effectively, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across channels. The role involves analyzing market trends and customer data, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, and supporting client meetings and follow-ups.

Manager will also collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies, track performance using defined KPIs, and continuously optimize sales and marketing processes.

Qualifications

- Strong sales management skills, including pipeline development, lead qualification, client relationship management, and closing deals.




- Proficiency in marketing strategy and campaign planning across digital and traditional channels, including content, social media, and events.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, with the ability to track, interpret, and report marketing performance metrics.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, refine positioning, and support business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate consulting offerings into compelling value propositions.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B services, consulting, or working with manufacturing/trading businesses is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
