Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager for a leading Renewable Energy (Solar) company based in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a large sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team of 20+ members.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure target achievement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6–7 years of experience in sales.




- Experience in the Solar/Renewable Energy industry is preferred.
- Candidates from Banking or Insurance with a strong sales and team management background are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of at least 20 members.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for achieving business goals.
