Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations at our coworking space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving occupancy, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end sales activities for coworking space solutions
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans
- Generate leads through corporate tie-ups, brokers, walk-ins, and referrals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct site visits and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (coworking / real estate / commercial leasing preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience handling corporate clients and enterprise accounts
- Self-motivated with strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
