Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a target-driven team.

Candidates with experience in EdTech, FinTech, Insurance, Loans, Career Counselling, Education, SaaS, or other B2C/B2B sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, conversions, and revenue.
- Guide team members in handling leads, follow-ups, objections, and closing.
- Train and coach sales executives to improve their performance.
- Monitor sales calls and provide regular feedback.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure effective lead follow-ups.
- Handle important customer conversations and support the team with difficult cases.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track team KPIs.
- Identify performance gaps and take necessary corrective actions.
- Work closely with management and other teams to improve the overall sales process.





Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience; team-handling experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Experience managing or mentoring a sales team is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
- Experience in EdTech, FinTech, Insurance, Loans, Education, Career Counselling, SaaS, or similar industries is an advantage.
- Graduate degree is preferred.
