We are looking for a Sales Manager – Printing & Graphic Machinery to spearhead our efforts.

The Role:

You will own the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final closure. In this consultative role, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the Full Cycle: Owning the process from enquiry to machinery matching, negotiation, and closing.
- Proactive Lead Follow-up: Converting leads from platforms like WhatsApp, email, and specialized machinery portals (Pressdepo, Pressxchange, Presscity, IndiaMART) into successful site visits and deals.
- Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with printers, brokers, and dealers throughout the region.
- On-Site Engagement: Traveling for client meetings and demonstrating the value of our high-end equipment.
- Strategic Growth: Playing a pivotal role in our expansion, with a clear path to leadership as the company scales its warehouse and demo center operations.

What You Bring:

- Proven Sales Experience: Robust experience in capital goods sales, heavy machinery,



or big-ticket B2B sales is required. Experience specifically in printing equipment or machinery sales is strongly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: A background in a consultative, relationship-driven sales process. This is not retail or FMCG selling.
- Dynamic & Hungry to Grow: We are looking for someone eager to scale their career with a growing, high-end business.
- Client-Focused: Comfortable traveling for client interactions and machine inspections/demos.
