1. Ensuring Monthly/Quarterly and Annual Sales targets of the branches are met. 2. Conduct sales promotion activities in the local market for generating New gold loan customers 3. Assist branches in planning sales promotion strategies 4. Supporting Regional Managers in planning and organizing sales promotional events in Branch locations 5. Help branches to plan and conduct customer needs 6. Monitor the Gold Loan Growth constantly and focus on the negative growth branches and take remedial steps to promote them to positive growth. 7. Avoid Nil Pledge branches .
Preferred candidate profile minimum 1 year experience in gold loan is mandatory
