About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the company's overall sales and business development activities. The role will focus on generating new business opportunities, developing key client relationships, achieving sales targets, converting inquiries into orders, and coordinating with internal teams, HQ, KKV, and clients for smooth project and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor overall sales activities, inquiries, quotations, client follow-ups, and order conversions.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
- Guide and support the sales team in lead generation, business development, and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Sales Support, Project Management, and Design teams for quotations and client requirements.
- Follow up with key clients for commercial discussions, negotiations, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with HQ and KKV regarding client requirements and climbing system projects.
- Review and approve important quotations, POs/WOs, and commercial requirements.
- Monitor sales targets, sales pipeline, upcoming projects, and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales review meetings and evaluate team performance.
- Prepare and review monthly sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Plan and participate in client meetings, site visits, presentations, and business development activities.
- Lead major client meetings and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with PM, Design, HQ, and KKV teams for project-specific requirements.
- Review POs/WOs and coordinate with clients regarding clarifications, modifications,



and commercial requirements.
- Support the training and development of new sales team members.
- Conduct competitor and market research related to pricing, products, and material quality.
- Support management in major business development initiatives and strategic client discussions.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in the construction industry.
- BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering preferred.
- Strong experience in construction and aluminium formwork will be preferred.
- Candidates should have valuable knowledge of construction projects, drawings, area calculations, and client requirements.
- Experience in handling key clients, commercial negotiations, and large projects is preferred.
- Should have proven experience in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.

Additional Duties
- Support the PM team in resolving client and project-related issues.
- Research competitor pricing, products, and material quality.
- Support management in business development and major client discussions.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
