Job purpose: Own end-to-end D2C sales generate leads, pitch plans, complete e-KYC/e-sign, and drive policy issuance/renewals no agents.
Key responsibilities
- Daily prospecting (leads, area visits, events), conduct need-based pitches, and close policies (term/motor/health).
- Run digital flow: quote form KYC payment issuance; explain product, exclusions, premium.
- Manage CRM/funnel, convert leads, follow up renewals, handle service/claim basics, and escalate issues.
- Demo app/portal, ensure compliant selling, and maintain audit-ready docs.
Requirements
- 0-4 yrs field/digital sales (insurance a plus),
- Hindi/English fluency
- smartphone/CRM comfort, 2-wheeler preferred.
