Unity Infotech seeks a dynamic sales professional to join our sales team and drive growth in IT Solutions sales.

Based in Kochi, India on a Hybrid model and reporting to the Senior Vice President, Sales, the candidate will be responsible for selling the company’s IT Solutions to GCC based enterprises, including banks and financial institutions, government & public sector entities, and large corporates.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager with 5–7 years of experience in B2B technology sales, with robust experience handling UAE/MENA clients . The candidate should have exposure to banking, financial institutions, payments, fintech, or enterprise technology solutions and be responsible for developing client relationships and driving business opportunities in the UAE/MENA market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, government organizations, and large corporates across UAE/MENA.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Understand client requirements and position relevant IT, banking,



payment, fintech, or staffing solutions .
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and requirement gathering to proposals, negotiations, and closure.
- Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal delivery/technical teams.
- Manage existing accounts, identify cross-selling opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy business pipeline.

Requirements

- 5–7 years of experience in B2B IT/technology sales .
- Experience selling to UAE/MENA clients while being based in India.
- Experience working with banks, financial institutions, payment companies, fintechs, government organizations, or large enterprises .
- Strong client relationship, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Experience in enterprise sales and managing the complete sales cycle.
- Willingness to work with UAE/MENA business hours and travel internationally when required.
