This is field sales, and we mean it

Not inside sales with occasional visits. You will own a Bengaluru territory end to end — walking into plants and offices, getting past the front desk, reaching the HR head or plant manager, running the demo on your own laptop, and closing.

You get a defined patch, a product that solves a visible daily pain, and direct access to the founder for pricing and deal calls. What you do not get is a script to hide behind.

What you'll own

- Your territory. Map industrial belts, business parks and clusters across Bengaluru — Peenya, Whitefield, Bommasandra, Electronic City, Hebbal — and work them systematically rather than randomly.
- Pipeline from scratch. Cold visits, referrals, HR associations, local events, LinkedIn, channel partners. Roughly 8–10 qualified meetings a week, self-sourced.
- Discovery that goes deep. Find out how they mark attendance today, what payroll leakage costs them, why their contractor headcount never reconciles. Sell the fix, not the feature list.
- Demos on site.



Run live product walkthroughs for HR heads, plant managers, admin heads and founders — including the pilot setup at their gate.
- Pilots to paid. Drive the 2–4 week pilot, keep the customer engaged through it, and convert it into a signed annual contract.
- Commercials and closure. Proposals, pricing negotiation, procurement paperwork, PO follow-through, collections on first invoice.
- A clean CRM. Every visit, stage and next step logged the same day. Your forecast should be believable without you having to explain it.
- Signal back to product. You are on the ground; you will hear objections and gaps before anyone else. Bring them back.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
