Role: Sales Executive / Sales Manager Front Office Automation SaaS

With active subscriber base across 18 countries, some of leading fortune 500 companies are leveraging Happy Visitor platform along with 2500+ active implementation. We are looking for motivated early-career professionals (23 years’ experience) who are ready to take ownership of accounts and contribute directly to enterprise SaaS growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with target customers across industries.
- Manage client meetings, discovery workshops, and product demos.
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals in collaboration with solution architects.
- Drive the sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Consistently work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.




- Stay updated on SaaS, security automation, and workplace trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in engaging with mid-to-senior level decision-makers.
- Should be willing to open for cold outreach.
- Ability to work independently, manage clients, and meet targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Should be willing travel and work from office.

Nice to Have

- Experience in security automation, facilities, or workplace SaaS.
- Exposure to enterprise deal cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.

Exclusions:

- Not suitable for candidates with B2C-only sales backgrounds (Ed-Tech, FMCG, Insurance, etc.).
