Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ocean freight revenue.

- Generate recent business through cold calling, customer visits, referrals, networking and market development for USA Market.

- Identify and acquire new customers in FCL Import/Export.

- Develop strong relationships with exporters, importers, manufacturers, traders and corporate clients.

- Identify new business opportunities across key ocean freight trade lanes.

- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen relationships.

- Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- 58 years of experience in Sales/Business Development within Ocean Freight Forwarding / Logistics.





- Strong hands-on experience in FCL Import and Export for USA.

- Good existing network among exporters, importers, manufacturers and trading companies will be an advantage.

- Solid knowledge of ocean freight rates, shipping lines, trade lanes and port operations.

- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

- Target-oriented with a strong hunter mentality.

- Good customer relationship-management and account-development skills.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
