Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Manager cum Floor Manager to manage sales activities while ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day workshop/floor operations. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in managing workshop teams and customer interactions.

Ideal Candidate: A confident, energetic and customer-oriented professional who can sell effectively, communicate confidently, and independently manage workshop floor operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Management

- Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close deals.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.





Workshop/Floor Management

- Manage daily workshop/floor operations and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Coordinate with technicians and ensure proper allocation of work.
- Monitor job quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Conduct regular floor inspections and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate between the sales team, workshop team, and customers for smooth execution of jobs.

Team Management

- Supervise and motivate workshop and floor staff.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct on the workshop floor.
- Support training and development of team members.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 2–3 years of experience in sales and workshop/floor management.
- Excellent English communication and speaking skills.
- Fluent in Hindi – speaking and customer interaction.
- Automotive, car detailing, workshop, accessories, or related industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
