Background of sales experience preferred from residential The Sales Manager acts as the primary bridge between the real estate firm and its property buyers, investors, and tenants. You will drive client satisfaction, manage the end-to-end post-sales journey, right from onboarding a client to handing over of the finished apartment and resolve inquiries to build long-term brand loyalty and generate referrals.

Key Responsibilities

- Post-Sales Management: Guide buyers through the property purchasing
- journey, including agreement processing, payment follow-ups, and unitregistration.

- Client Onboarding &
- Handover: Coordinate with construction and legal
- teams to ensure timely property possession, snagging resolution, and smoothunit handovers.

- Relationship Building: Serve as the main point of contact for
- clients, addressing project updates, construction delays, and paymentqueries with empathy and clarity.

- Customer Relationship: Maintain accurate records of client
- interactions, feedback, and documentation using the company's software.

- Strategy &

- Planning: Develop actionable sales plans to boost revenue
- growth,



improve market penetration, and optimize promotional campaign

- Feedback &

- Reporting: Collect client feedback to identify areas of
- improvement and prepare monthly reports for senior management.

- Market Analysis: Track local real estate trends, analyze competitor
- activity, and forecast sales pipelines for senior management

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,

- or a related field.

- Experience: 8-10 years of proven experience indirect sales in
- residential space, preferably within the real estate or property developmentsector.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- in English and regional languages (Tamil proficiency highly desired forlocal market).

- Skills: Background of sales experience preferred from residential
- segment

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
