We are hiring Sales (Freshers) who can handle inbound/outbound calls, explain products/services to customers, and support the sales team. Training will be provided, so no prior experience is required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Convert leads into sales by building good customer relationships.
- Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Share basic product information and assist customers in their buying journey.
- Follow scripts and sales guidelines provided by the team.
- Achieve daily/weekly calls and sales targets.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Confident, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and handle customer objections.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
Eligibility:
- 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Freshers are welcome — training will be provided.
- Must be comfortable with calling and customer interaction.
