What You’ll Do (Your Role & Responsibilities)

- Hunt & Onboard Workspaces: Discover, connect with, and list premium coworking spaces, private offices, and meeting rooms on our platform.
- Pitch & Close Deals: Interact directly with space owners, community managers, and corporate leads to showcase the value of partnering with us.
- Become the Platform Representative: Pitch our services to business partners, handle inbound leads, and help clients find their ideal work environment.
- Maintain High-Impact Listings: Work closely with venue partners to ensure their pricing, amenities, photos, and availability are always accurate and attractive.
- Master the Sales Pipeline: Track lead conversions, build strong business relationships, and manage data seamlessly using contemporary CRM tools.
- Drive Local Market Intelligence: Spot trends, analyze competitor offerings, and bring fresh ideas to expand our market footprint.
