Roles & Responsibilities:
- Connect with clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Explain company services/products in a skilled manner
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Handle customer queries and provide proper assistance
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain daily work reports and client records
- Work towards achieving monthly targets
Skills Required:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email drafting
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Ability to work in a team environment
