The selected candidate will work closely with the team to identify potential clients, communicate with prospects, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities.

Generate and qualify leads through different channels.

Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.

Understand client requirements and explain our products/services.

Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospective clients.

Schedule meetings and assist in converting leads into customers.

Maintain daily sales and lead-generation reports.

Update client information and follow-up status.

Support the sales and business development team in achieving targets.

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Conduct basic market and competitor research.

Skills Required

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and business development.

Confident and professional approach while communicating with clients.

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.





Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing or technology services will be an advantage.
